干热河谷不同灌水处理对葡萄生长及果实品质的影响

摘要(Abstract):

【目的】揭示干热河谷地区葡萄生长及果实品质对不同灌溉处理的响应。【方法】以夏黑葡萄为对象,调查了灌水处理T1(灌水量为1 895 m~3/hm~2)、灌水处理T2(灌水量为2 175 m~3/hm~2)及元谋当地经验灌水处理(CK)的葡萄生长及果实品质。【结果】随着灌水量增加,新稍直径和果橞质量增加,但果实还原糖和单宁量减少;新稍长度和果实总酸量可能受田间持水率影响。相比CK,T1处理的果橞质量、总酸量分别减少了22.1%、11.5%,而还原糖和单宁量分别增加了11.6%、13.7%;T2处理的果橞质量、总酸量分别减少了15.9%、13.0%,而还原糖和单宁量分别增加了10.5%、4.5%。【结论】在水资源短缺的干热河谷区实施合理灌溉可在减少耗水量的同时提升果实品质。
【Objective】Reveal grape growth and fruit quality in the dry-hot valley responding to different irrigation treatment.【Method】The field experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of T1 treatment(1 895 m~3/hm~2 of irrigation water amount), T2 treatment(2 175 m~3/hm~2 of irrigation water amount) and CK(local experience irrigation) on"Summer black"grape growth and fruit quality in Yuanmou.【Result】The diameter of a new shoot and the fruit bunch weight increased but the contents of reducing sugar and tannin decreased after the increase of irrigation amounts. Furthermore, field capacity could also influence the growth of the length of a new shoot and the content of total acid. Compared with CK, the bunch weight, the content of total acid of T1 decreased by 22.1% and 11.5% respectively, while the content of reducing sugar and tannin increased by 11.6% and13.7% respectively; the bunch weight, the content of total acid of T2 decreased by 15.9% and 13.0% respectively,while the content of reducing sugar and tannin increased by 10.5% and 4.5% respectively.【Conclusion】Thus, reasonable irrigation can improve fruit quality while reducing water consumption in the dry-hot valley with water shortages.
