施氮对缓解冬小麦盐分胁迫的影响

摘要(Abstract):

氮素是影响作物生长发育和产量的重要因素。【目的】研究氮素对缓解冬小麦盐分胁迫的作用。【方法】通过盆栽实验,分别设置土壤含盐量为4、6、8 g/kg(轻度S0、中度S1、重度S2),施氮量为150、200和250 kg/hm~2(低氮N150、中氮N200、高氮N250),进行正交试验,共9个处理,分析了相同盐分胁迫下不同施氮量对冬小麦株高、叶面积指数(LAI)、SPAD值、干物质及千粒质量的影响。【结果】S2处理中株高呈:N200>N250>N150,成熟期时N200较N150高出9.53 cm;S0、S1和S2处理的叶面积指数均呈:N250>N200>N150,且不同施氮量下差异显著;S0处理的千粒质量呈:N200>N250>N150,S1和S2处理的千粒质量呈N250>N200>N150,N250比N150分别增长了11.64%和52.61%。【结论】适宜的土壤施氮量可以缓解盐胁迫对冬小麦株高、叶面积及千粒质量的影响,其中缓解盐胁迫叶面积的作用较为显著。S0下最佳施氮量为200 kg/hm~2,S1、S2下最佳施氮量均为250 kg/hm~2。
【Objective】Study the effect of nitrogen on alleviating salt stress in winter wheat.【Method】Pot experiments were conducted with soil salinity of 4, 6, 8 g/kg(S0, S1, S2) and nitrogen application of 150, 200 and 250 kg/hm~2(N150, N200, N250). Orthogonal experimental design was carried out to analyze the effects of different initial nitrogen content in soil on plant height, leaf area index(LAI), chlorophyll content(SPAD), dry matter and1000-grain weight of Winter Wheat under the same salt stress.【Result】The plant height in S2 treatment was N200 > N250 > N150, and N200 was 9.53 cm higher than that in N150 at maturity stage. LAI in S0, S1 and S2 treatments were N250 > N200 > N150, and there were significant differences among different nitrogen application rates. The 1000-grain weight of S0 treatment was N200 > N250 > N150. S1 and S2 treatments showed N250 > N200 > N150, and N250 increased by 11.64% and 52.61% respectively compared with N150.【Conclusion】Appropriate nitrogen application in soil can alleviate the effects of salt stress on plant height, leaf area, dry matter and 1000-grain weight of winter wheat, and the effect of alleviating salt stress on leaf area is more significant. The most appropriate nitrogen fertilization was 200 kg/hm~2 under S0 and 250 kg/hm~2 under S1 and S2.
